Free script to let you accept file uploads on your website, using AJAX to show a progress bar, size & time remaining, etc. Single Perl script, so it's simple to install & run. Has a password-protect option too, and you can create separate member & admin passwords to control access to the upload-ability and/or the view-uploaded-files-ability.
