This bug has been bugging me for weeks… My wireless icon for my wireless card (Intel 2100B Centrino adapter) disappears when you mouse over it. I’ve tried practically everything… Usually the network card still works, but lately its also been switching to the private IP address and loosing connection until I disable it and re-enable it. I’ve enabled WPA, but that doesn’t seem to help.
I have another laptop with the same card, no problems, so I’m begining to suspect the network card itself. If anyone else is experiencing this or similar problem, let me know…
