Lots of people here. I am impressed at the cross section of people who turned out. You have your twenty-somethings, single or married. You have your middle aged males who have taken “geek” to an extreme. Wired out to the hilt…
Another nice thing to see is the number of Mac’s and PC’s people brought. Of course right now the wireless internet that Proxim was supposed to provide is down. So I am typing this “offline” and will post when it’s up or when I get back to the hotel room on dial-up. Ack, I hate dialup.
Well, its going on 10:00am and already hit all the vendors, got a few free trinkets, met a few nice people, registered for some giveaways. It’s nice to see the vendors that are here, but hopefully next year they can attract a lot more since this is the “geeks” of today and a few for tommorrow.
